What are the appointment policies?

1. Rescheduling Policy:
    * Guests are welcome to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
    * To reschedule, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new appointment time.
    * Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy:
    * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    * To cancel your appointment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

3.  Appointment Booking:
    * Groups wishing to attend together must each book their own separate appointments within the same time slot.

4. Late Arrival Policy:
    * Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment.
    * Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration to accommodate other bookings.
    * If you anticipate being late, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible to make arrangements.

5. Deposit Policy:
    * A deposit of $20 per person is required to secure each appointment.
    * The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

6. Appointment Duration:
    * Each appointment is scheduled for a duration of one hour.
    * Guests are encouraged to make the most of their appointment time, taking advantage of the amenities and services provided.
