Grapefruit and other citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, and mandarins have the highest levels of pectin of any product, and most of the good stuff is in the peel.
Pectin is prebiotic, meaning it becomes food for probiotics, helping the good bacteria in the human gut survive and thrive.
Grapefruit peels are a potent anti-inflammatory.
The vitamin C in the peels reduces inflammation, which is especially helpful for people with inflammatory conditions like arthritis and gout. The fiber in the peels is excellent for digestive health and can help reduce cholesterol levels.
The peels of grapefruit have more fiber than the pulp. Fiber helps regulate blood sugar by slowing down how quickly it gets absorbed into the bloodstream after a meal. This can be especially helpful if someone has diabetes or insulin resistance since their blood sugar levels tend to rise faster than usual due to an inability to absorb glucose properly (this is also why we recommend using these on an empty stomach).

People who develop contact dermatitis after touching these fruits are most likely allergic to limonene, a chemical found in the peels of citrus fruits. Citrus fruits include Citrus Oranges, Grapefruit Limonene, also found in some perfumes and other products, which can cause allergic reactions. Therefore, carefully read the labels of products that may contain citrus ingredients. Most people with a citrus allergy experience symptoms after eating foods or drinks made with raw citrus fruits. Symptoms are often localized, meaning the person can feel them anywhere the natural fruit touches his or her skin or mucous membranes.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sizing (if applicable)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing of copper jewelry. Please read the description and take measurements to assure that the jewelry piece will fit correctly.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@acsensionsbyzoe.com.
Missing Items (if applicable)
We are more than happy to send an item that was missing from your order free of shipping. Please reach out to us within 30 days by email cs@acsensionsbyzoe.com and attach a picture of your packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
