Policies:
- Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Individual Appointments: Each appointment is reserved for one person only. Groups wishing to attend together must each book their own separate appointments within the same time slot.
- Late Arrival Policy: Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration to accommodate other bookings.
- Deposit Policy: A deposit of $5 is required to secure each appointment. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
- Appointment Duration: Each appointment is scheduled for a duration of one hour. Please make the most of your appointment time, taking advantage of the amenities and services provided.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sizing (if applicable)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing of copper jewelry. Please read the description and take measurements to assure that the jewelry piece will fit correctly.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@acsensionsbyzoe.com.
Missing Items (if applicable)
We are more than happy to send an item that was missing from your order free of shipping. Please reach out to us within 30 days by email cs@acsensionsbyzoe.com and attach a picture of your packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Note: Herbs, Teas, Smudges, and Crystals are not returnable. Only unopened, unused jewelry.
