Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a plant native to northern India that can grow in other tropical and sub-tropical places, like Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. The Moringa tree, more popularly known as ‘‘the miracle tree’’, ‘‘the tree of life, and ‘’the cure-all tree’’ is one of the most nutrient-rich plants on the planet. Folk medicine has used this plant's leaves, flowers, seeds, and roots for centuries.
