Ascensions by Zoe IMMUNI-TEA is a vitamin-C-rich herbal blend that contains immune-boosting antioxidants, Zinc for optimal cell functioning, and the cooling properties of Lemongrass to ward-off energy draining colds, fevers, and viruses.
Lemongrass, also known as citronella, is a tall, sturdy plant with a pleasant, lemony scent and a tangy citrus taste. It is often used in Thai cuisine and is also known for its ability to repel bugs. Lemongrass tea has been used for its antimicrobial properties to potentially aid in the treatment of oral infections and cavities. Lemongrass has anti inflammatory benefits which prevents inflammation.
Hibiscus contains a significant amount of Vitamin C, which is crucial for promoting growth, aiding in tissue repair, supporting wound healing, and immunity.
Star anise is known for its high content of shikimic acid, an important compound in pharmacology. Additionally, this spice contains high levels of anethole, a flavonoid that gives it its unique flavor and powerful antifungal properties. Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is a diverse genus of 38 thorny shrubs and trees from eastern Asia. This traditional medicine has adaptogenic and stimulating properties, aiding in stress management and promoting nervous system function.
Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) is a dark purple berry that has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. It contains flavonoids that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. Elderberry is significantly high in vitamin C which can prevent viral infections

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sizing (if applicable)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing of copper jewelry. Please read the description and take measurements to assure that the jewelry piece will fit correctly.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@acsensionsbyzoe.com.
Missing Items (if applicable)
We are more than happy to send an item that was missing from your order free of shipping. Please reach out to us within 30 days by email cs@acsensionsbyzoe.com and attach a picture of your packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Note: Herbs, Teas, Smudges, and Crystals are not returnable. Only unopened, unused jewelry.
